Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 48 business hours is required for cancellations. If less than 48 business hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, the deposit (which is 50% of the service cost) will be kept as a cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled due to COVID after the 48 hour cancellation window, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional fee with proof of a positive COVID test result.
