Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: 72 business hours is required for cancellations. If less than 72 business hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, 50% of the service cost will be kept as a cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, there is no refund of the payment for any reason. If the appointment is cancelled due to COVID after the 72 hour cancellation window, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional fee with proof of a positive COVID test result.
