On-Line Class: Empowering Your Higher Self

This is a class that is ongoing as part of the "Mindfulness to Empower Your Higher Self" on line course that started in Janaury. I've designed the course to inspire, instruct, and engage. A new lesson unlocks each week which includes audio recordings or meditations (or video recordings) and information on topics related to meditation, mindfulness, and your spiritual development, journey of self-mastery and path of progression toward self-knowledge and self-love.

These classes are all hosted directly on the quantumspiritualselfmastery.com on-line community network through an ongoign monthly membership. If you are a member, log in and find the event under the "events" tab in the menu.

All of these live classes are recorded and posted for members to also view later at their own convenience.
