Monday Night Meditation

At each Gathering Together we: 

• participate in a guided group meditation and a little sacred chanting to open our hearts and heal our souls
• enjoy a short class on ideas related to the Divine Powerhouse concept, our Creative power as physical and spiritual beings
• encourage and support each other on our individual spiritual journeys
• bring awareness to the power of our words and attitudes in cultivating the life we envision for ourselves
• enjoy the company of good friends
• grow together
